Hosting soon? Make wings. These are air-fried to golden perfection—no messy oil splatter—then tossed in a sticky, sweet-spicy glaze that hits every note and makes everyone’s eyes light up. The sauce is built around a smoky hot sauce base, layered with honey for that mellow sweetness, fresh ginger for a zesty kick, a punch of garlic to bring the flavor home, and a sprinkle of sumac to add that tangy zip that keeps things interesting.
