Pat dry the wings with a paper towel.
In a bowl, add the wings, baking powder, and salt. Mix until combined.
Air fry at 350°F or 170°C for 15 minutes.
Raise the temperature to 425°F or 220°C and air fry for another 30-40 minutes. In the meantime, make the sauce.
In a small pot, add the hot sauce, honey, water, grated garlic, grated ginger, and sumac. Mix until combined.
Cook over low-medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened.
Remove from heat and stir in the butter cubes until melted and smooth.
Take the wings out of the air fryer and toss them in a bowl with the sauce.
Serve in a bowl and top with chopped parsley.
