First, boil the pasta according to the manufacturer’s instructions on the box. Cook it al dente.
Transfer the pasta into an ice bath to stop the cooking.
Smash all the olives with a knife.
Slice radishes as thin as possible, you can use a mandoline slicer (pleasssseeeee BE CAREFUL not to cut yourself).
Chop cilantro and mint as thin as possible.
Cut the pickled lemon into small pieces.
In a bowl, combine the pasta with all the rest of the ingredients besides the feta and give a good toss.
Plate the salad, then crumble the feta on top.
