Preheat the oven to 460°F or 250°C. Grill (or broil) mode.
In a bowl, mix the water and the salt until it dissolves.
Add the flour. Mix until consolidated.
Move to knead the dough on a floured working surface for about 3-4 minutes (not more!).
Immediately roll the dough into a sausage shape and cut it into 4 pieces.
Using a rolling pin, open each piece to a super-thin pita shape; the thinner, the crispier.
Use a fork to make holes all over the matzah.
Place the matzah on a baking tray and bake until you see brown spots on top.
Take it out and let it cool down, and dry out completely.
Congratulations! You made a Matzah Shmura by yourself! You should be proud.
